LOOSE ENDS

Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Loose Ends. The short version: Loose Ends finds unfinished business and proposes what to do about it. You decide. Nothing that affects your money, accounts or commitments happens without your approval.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using leremembers.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. Using Loose Ends means you are 16 or older and able to agree to a contract.

2. What Loose Ends does

Loose Ends keeps a list of the things you are forgetting, notices when something needs attention, and proposes an action. It may read accounts you connect, and it may use automated services to understand what you type or save.

It acts only on what you approve. Loose Ends does not send messages, spend money, cancel subscriptions, or delete anything on your behalf without you approving that specific action first.

3. Your account

  • Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give us accurate information, and keep it up to date.
  • One account per person. Do not share access or resell the service.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Connected accounts and email

You may connect mailboxes and calendars you have the right to use. Only connect accounts that are yours or that you are clearly allowed to read. You can disconnect any connection at any time from Settings; doing so stops all future reading and removes the records derived from that account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Automatic checking is off until you turn it on for a specific mailbox, and turning it on for one mailbox never enables it for another.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Loose Ends for anything unlawful, or to harm other people;
  • upload other people’s private information without their permission, or use it to track, harass or profile someone;
  • probe, scan, overload or try to break the service, or access it by automated means beyond the app itself;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service;
  • use more than the fair-share limits of your plan, or find ways around those limits.

6. Your content

What you save stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it solely to run the service for you — for example, to show a reminder you asked for, or to match a saved trip to a booking. We do not use your content to train AI models or to build advertising profiles.

You are responsible for the content you save, and for removing anything you no longer want kept. Deleting your account removes your content, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

Loose Ends depends on services you will see named in the app: your email provider, Lovable (hosting and connections), Stripe (payments), and travel and ticket partners whose listings we may show you. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is between you and them.

Affiliate and referral links. Some links in Loose Ends, such as certain travel, event and ticket links, are affiliate or referral links. Where applicable, Loose Ends may receive a commission or other referral compensation when you follow one of these links or complete a purchase or booking with the third-party provider.

  • You complete any purchase or booking directly with the third-party provider, under that provider’s own terms. Loose Ends is not a party to that transaction.
  • Loose Ends does not guarantee third-party pricing, availability, inventory or terms. Always confirm the details with the provider before you buy or book.
  • Any commission is paid to us by the provider. We are not aware of it increasing or otherwise changing the price you pay.

8. Plans, payments and free use

Loose Ends is offered on a free basis and, where available, as a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects your bill. We may change or withdraw features, including free features, and we may add reasonable usage limits.

9. No professional advice

Loose Ends is a memory aid, not a professional. It does not give financial, legal, tax, medical or insurance advice, and a finding it shows you is not a guarantee that a debt is owed, a deadline is real, or an amount is correct. Verify anything important against the original source before acting, and check due dates and amounts yourself before you pay, cancel or commit.

10. No warranties

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that Loose Ends will find every loose end, that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that anything it tells you is accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Loose Ends is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, and our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Loose Ends and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must for legal or safety reasons, or if the service is discontinued. Where we can, we will give notice first. You may always ask for your data to be deleted.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Loose Ends after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and contact

Loose Ends is operated by Loose Ends Technologies LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of Loose Ends, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Except where the law requires otherwise, any such dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
